Nathan Weigert has worked in the hospitality industry for 20 years. Learning behind the stick at Hop Sing Laundromat, Chris’ Jazz Cafe, 1 Tippling Place and other craft bars, he went on to help open up The Logan hotel, Vista Peru, and Spice Finch. He also updated the curriculum for Aqua Vitae Institute, helping to train the next generation of bartenders. He currently works with Revivalist Gins as a Brand Educator and am a bar consultant, creating drinks and designing menus that celebrate the relationship between the Drink, the Drinker, and the Drinkist.
